Bringing the sexes together – by denigrating one of them

Sometimes the letters from the luverly people who disagree with me make me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Now, since you do not believe in human rights (the same rights for every human being alike), I'm thinking you feel one of the sexes is inferior and does not 'deserve' the same rights as another.

I have not come across any factual, scientific books that prove the natural superiority of men. But I have come across a few concerning women. And one of them below is one that I feel will help you be more understanding of what feminism is TRULY about.

You seem like an intelligent man, but I just hate to see you put down feminism and claim it is just a silly woman-victimizing movement. Well, as a feminist, I can assure you it is not that at all.

The book that many feminists use to argue their stance is entitled "The Natural Superiority of Women" by Ashley Montagu. Now, I know you may already assume it is a female-chauvinist book, but it's stated in this book many a time that the book is meant to being the sexes together instead of widening the already gap between them. The author of the book uses only facts and science to prove how women are naturally superior. He also clearly says in the epilogue that he uses no personal opinions or rhetoric.
If you do so choose to read this book, you will better understand feminism for what it really is and not judge it based on what you think it is about or from what you read off of "feminist" websites.

I can only *hope* that you will read this book, I can't and won't try to 'convince' you to go out and invest a few dollars to widen your horizons and to understand feminism. Whenever you wish to read it is a good enough time.

Thanks for reading this.

    ...Here we go.

-Now, since you do not believe in human rights (the same rights for every human being alike), I'm thinking you feel one of the sexes is inferior and does not 'deserve' the same rights as another.-

I've seen a great deal of Argus's vids. Never once has he ever given the impression that he didn't believe in human rights. Perhaps I am mistaken. If so, I hope he will correct me.

-I have not come across any factual, scientific books that prove the natural superiority of men.-

And how do you define the natural superiority of any gender? Each gender was designed to do two different things. To say that one is greater than the other is about as logical as saying the chain of a bike is superior to the wheels.

-But I have come across a few concerning women.-

...Really, you have no idea how genders work, do you?

-And one of them below is one that I feel will help you be more understanding of what feminism is TRULY about.-

Oh dear, here comes that warm fuzzy feeling.

-You seem like an intelligent man, but I just hate to see you put down feminism and claim it is just a silly woman-victimizing movement. Well, as a feminist, I can assure you it is not that at all.-

It's not just about that. It's also about women getting more rights than men. That's the problem; they claim women are being preyed upon, but in reality women are being given more rights and favored by the government. In some states, if a couple get into a fight and the guy is trashed while the woman doesn't so much have a scratch, the man is to be taken into custody. In some cases, an elven year old boy is forced to give up $200 to a woman because she had his kid after she performed statutory rape against him. And on that same front, women have more legal rights to reproduction than men do.

I hardly call any of that fair.

-The book that many feminists use to argue their stance is entitled "The Natural Superiority of Women" by Ashley Montagu.-

Yeah, because nothing says "being equal" like a book called "The Natural Superiority of Women". It's also rather interesting how the man who wrote the book so much hails science (at least from his quotes)seems to believe that the classic household...which has pushed our entire society into an age of advanced technology is a "disease".

Sure, not perfect. But his reference as it being a disease is nothing short of disgusting.

    - Now, I know you may already assume it is a female-chauvinist book,-

    Really? Nah!

-but it's stated in this book many a time that the book is meant to being the sexes together instead of widening the already gap between them.-

So we can bring the sexes together by stating that one is better than the other?

Fine. Get back in the kitchen. Your gender has been doing that for the past few thousand years or so, why stop now?

-The author of the book uses only facts and science to prove how women are naturally superior.-

And he fails at that basic concept.

First off, both genders are equal in their purpose. What is their purpose? To spawn and create more humans. To determine one as better is impossible because making a child without the other gender is impossible. Now, a gender may have certain advantages over the other, but to say that one is greater than the other is simply a lie. Again, it is literally like saying that the chain is better than the wheel; without either the bike won't work.

Second, if we are to assume that the two are going to be matched against the other in superiority, then remind me again, who was in charge for the past two thousand years? Ah, want to forget that part.

-He also clearly says in the epilogue that he uses no personal opinions or rhetoric.-

No dear. Stating that a family institute is a disease is indeed an opinion. Science clearly shows that it works...because we keep using it and we run the god damn planet.

-If you do so choose to read this book, you will better understand feminism for what it really is and not judge it based on what you think it is about or from what you read off of "feminist" websites.-

Oh the irony. Argus doesn't like feminists because they want more rights-ie, they want to be superior. How is a book titled "The Natural Superiority of Women" supposed to make him like them. Your entire letter was basically as useful as tossing wood onto a raging fire.

    Yes, but I'm not 100% reliable =p

Besides, I have a camera phobia, I wouldn't nearly be able to make such nice arguments on Youtube.

«To determine one as better is impossible because making a child without the other gender is impossible.»

My freind they now can! They can also make a duplicate-self! Japaness shearchers have recently success fully mixed DNA from to ovule and got a baby on animals. One of the ovula taking the place of the spermatosoid. They said that this will be aviable to Women in few years. And the baby inquestion are always... a girl. The news paper title was something like: «Men are now obsolete»... So feminist can now dream to send us all to the final solution to the male question.

If we become extinct, women will have to find someone else upon whom to blame their problems. If you have ever seen a group of women ostracize another woman, you know that will present no difficulties at all...

The umbrella in particular is remembered as the symbol of the nineteenth century’s disturbing obsession with individualism. In Bellamy’s utopia, umbrellas have been replaced with retractable canopies so that everyone is protected from the rain equally.
“In the nineteenth century,” explains a character, “when it rained, the people of Boston put up three hundred thousand umbrellas over as many heads, and in the twentieth century they put up one umbrella over all the heads.”
